These organized
photoshoots take place twice a year, Spring and
Fall at various location such as CJ's Studios,
Vulture Mine and Cowtown. Last photo shoot I
attended took place in April 2007 at Cowtown. Over
40 photographers from around North America and over
30 models from around USA gathered together to
shoot a lot of images, socialize and enjoy outdoor
barbecue cooking. All of this was possible because
Dave Hall of glamourmodels.com put his
administrative skills behind this event. Many
photographers and models were also working together
on their own, before and after the scheduled time.
I arrived few days early and was able to shoot many
models, those that I missed I will try to shoot
with at the next workshop. Those who had never been
to an organized shoot this is the one to go to. It
is an easy going event with a lot of friendly and
helpful people with many levels of experience.
