Kudu is often referred to as the "gray ghost of the forest" due to its highly elusive disposition. Native of South Africa where it's priced very highly priced as a hunting trophy. It is a member of the antelope family. This buck was taken in Great Kooru region of the Republic of South Africa. This region is an extension of the Kalahari desert, in native language it's name means "never rains".
