Valley of Fire is actually Nevada's State Park located just about one hour drive north on I-15 then turn east into state route 169, if you drive through the park you will end up at Lake Meade. This park offers many opportunities of all kinds for tuorists of all age levels. Summer time day temperatures are extreme up to 120 degrees is not unusual.
